Welcome to our Rustic Retreat – located in Holly Forest 5/6 and approximately 7.5 miles from Cashiers and 4.5 miles from the Sapphire Valley Resort.
Rustic Retreat features an open plan great room which has vaulted ceilings, a wall of floor to ceiling windows that allow oodles of sunlight into the house. The great room has comfortable leather furniture as well as a large flat screen TV with satellite service. This area also features the dining room table that seats 6 comfortably.
There is a double-sided stone wood burning fireplace in the great room which has two comfortable chairs for relaxing. On the other side of the fireplace is the kitchen, creating a cabin feel while cooking.
The entry level also includes the Queen master bedroom with attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower as well as satellite TV.
Upstairs is an open loft area that has a Full bed as well as a Queen sleeper sofa (not shown in the photos – replacement photos coming soon). There is a flat screen TV in the loft with satellite service. There is also an attached bathroom with a shower tub.
The wrap around deck which is partially covered also has a gas grill.
When renting Rustic Retreat, you are afforded the opportunity to purchase guest passes to the resort amenities for $2/day (there is a 3 day consecutive minimum requirement).
If you are traveling with a large group, this property can be combined with our Black Oak property (2 tenths of a mile away) to sleep a total of 16 people with both properties.
