All About The View - - and the Amenities of the Sapphire ValleyResort
All about the View, is the Top Feature of this modern home. When you open the door and enter the Great Room, you immediately are drawn to the views from the window walls at the back of the house. The 180 degree views are Spectacular. Gorgeous Sunsets are the norm from the two top decks in the evening. The Great Room offers a 23 ft ceiling, with wood beams, stone gas fireplace, and lots of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining area. There is a separate utility/laundry room off the kitchen, with a full size washer and drier. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large over-stuffed leather sofa and chairs, a 55 in Smart flat-screen TV, Entertainment center and DVD Player. Many Direct TV channels are provided plus high speed internet/WIFI.This home is also equipped with a whole- house, totally automatic generator.
Also,on the main floor is the Master bedroom with King size 4-post bed, flat screenTV, and an en-suite bath with double sinks and a glass block walk-in shower. Sliding doors provide natural light and access to the outdoor covered deck, behind the Master suite. There is a main-level guest room with a Queen bed and an adjacent full bath with shower/tub combo that serves as a powder room.
The main-level, rear deck is 50 ft, by 12 ft, and also has a 12ft by 12 ft, covered deck behind the dining room. There is aTop Deck, 12 ft by 12ft, that offers higher (at about 4,000 ft- high) 360degree views, and evening dark skies where one can easily see the Milky Way Galaxy and stars. There are no concerns of flooding at this home.
The upper-level of this house can be rented, separately as a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit,that sleeps 4 people, with a off season rate of $1,250.00 per week, plus taxesand fees.
TheFall, leaf season, rents for $1,350.00/ wk, Thanksgiving for $1,420.00/wk, andthe Holidays for$1,490.00/wk.

All renters of this home have the full use of all ofthe nearby Wyndham Sapphire Valley Resort , Amenities. The Resort is on US-64 about 3 miles (South) from the center of Cashiers, and 4 miles fromthe home. The Resort has a Community Center, Recreation Center, Lakeactivities, and access to Golf – Tennis facilities.
Make your first stop to the Community Center to get information about all of the things to do, and get your amenities ID cards, when you are ready. The cards are available for $2.00/ person for3 days of use, or more for longer usage, at the same rate. A notebook in the home has the details toobtain the amenities ID Card, and other information. Landmark Vacations also has IDs Cards info.
The Community Center has info on many trips and activities within 50 miles, likethe Asheville Biltmore Estate, etc, and the Resort Zip-Line. The 4 Seasons restaurant is next to the Comm.Ctr.
The Comm. Ctr has info for playing Golf at two courses (The Sapphire NationalCourse - 18 Holes, and Red Bird – 9 holes, par 3 course) at reduced rates, useof a golf driving range, and tennis courts.
The Recreation Center is nearby and has a large Exercise facility, 3 swimming pools, spas, lockers, miniature golf, games, kids play areas. This center alsohas computers to use, WIFI, and rents CD’s and DVD’s.
The house, lower-level, offers a fully contained onebedroom apartment, with 10 ftceilings, which sleeps 4 people, with an independent entry. If the whole homeis rented, a lock-off is removed, and the lower-level is also accessed by stairs from the great room. The lower-level has a full kitchen, living room with a sofa that converts to a Queen bed, several chairs, a dining area, and a utility room with full washer and drier. The living room has a TV with many Direct TV channels and WIFI. The lower area has a separate spacious Queen bedroom, with a full bath including a shower/tub combination. The unit has sliding doors off the bedroom and living room to a covered lower deck, 50 ft by12 ft, and another 12 ft by 12ft covered deck off the lower deck entry area,which has an outside electric grill.
The lower-level can be rented separately as a one bedroom unit, but, only on a Restricted Basis, as noted below.
The lower-level is not available if the whole-home or upper-level is rented or reserved for the next week, or more on the Landmark Vacations web site.
If no whole-home, or upper-level rentals are reserved on the web site,
“ Lower Level only” rentals are for one week or less at a time, are allowed.
A lower-level rental reservation, can-not be made for more than one week in the future.
To rent the lower level, you need to call the Landmark Vacations office at
828-743-9234. The Landmark Vacations web site can-not be used to make a reservation for the lower-level. An Extra Value - All three outside decks - available for Lower-Level Renters!
On the last day of a scheduled lower level rental, a renter can contact LandmarkVacations to check the availability of an extended rental period, of up to 7days.
The Lowerlevel of this house can be rented, separately as a 1 bedroom / 1 bathunit, that sleeps 4 people, with an off season rate of $900.00 per week, plustaxes and fees.
The Fall, leaf season, rents for $975.00/ wk, Thanksgiving for $1,050.00/wk, and the Holidays for$1,120.00/wk.
