Vacation Rental Description
There is plenty of space for family and fun in this Sapphire home. A wood burning fireplace in the living room welcomes you in to the main level of the home. This open floor plan includes and beautiful kitchen and dining area. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen. The upper deck is accessed from the living area, with seating and an outdoor table to enjoy the golf course view. Each of the two bedrooms on this level offer and en suite bathroom. On of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other a king bed. Downstairs is a second living and entertainment space. This space includes a pool table, arcade machine, many board games, a comfortable couch and TV. To the right of the base of the stairs is a sleeping nook with two sets of bunk beds. A guest bedroom, with queen bed, uses the bathroom at the end of the hall. Another guest bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The lower deck is covered and screened with outdoor furniture. A gas grill can be found in the garage. This home has high speed internet.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.
