Relax in this charming lakefront 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath cottage on Lake Glenville with a design that is simple and tasteful. The main level features an open living room, dining room with seating for 8, and a charming kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for 2. High-speed internet is available throughout the house. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room opens onto a 700-square-foot wrap-around deck with impressive panoramic views of the lake. Big wicker rocking chairs, porch swing and suspended daybed invite you to settle-in and stay. The outdoor gas grill and porch dining table (seats 8) are sure to spark a craving for good food and good company. The outdoor fireplace awaits end-of-the-day gathering time and s’mores.
The second level includes two guestrooms with a shared hall bath with a tub/shower combination. One guestroom has a queen bed. The second guestroom has twin beds with a set of barndoors that open onto a Juliet balcony that overlooks the living room below.
The lower level has a second living room that includes a TV, fireplace, pool table and custom reading nook under the stairs. Another spacious deck is located off of the lower-level living room. A third guestroom with a queen bed and adjoining bath (tub/shower combination) is located on this level, also.
A short walk down a path leads to the lake and your private dock where you will enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or just hanging out.
