Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful home in Catspaw community on Little Hogback Mountain can sleep up to ten people comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms plus 2 bonus rooms. An open floor plan has a cozy living room featuring a woodburning fireplace with a gas starter, a dining area and a bright kitchen. There is a half bathroom off the entrance. The staircase at the entrance leads to the 3 upstairs guestrooms, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks and a shower tub combo; 1 bedroom has a king bed and a pull out twin bed, the 2 other rooms have queen beds, all 3 offer beautiful views. On the main level, the master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. On the lower level of the house there is a large living area with plenty seating, a TV, a foosball table and a pool table. The lower guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are 2 partially covered screened decks, 1 accessed from the main level and the other from the lower level. Location is about 30 minutes from Cashiers, Highlands, or Franklin and is about 15 minutes from the public beach at Lake Glenville as well as the boats ramps. This home has streaming TVs, though at times the internet can be spotty.
