Vacation Rental Description
This bright and airy corner unit is located on the 2nd floor and just steps to the beach and pool. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom plus den and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can relax on the wrap-around screened porch and watch for dolphins and pelicans! Your family will enjoy the open living/dining/kitchen/den. However, the den closes off from the living area with an accordion door for privacy while sleeping. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, a master bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, 3 TVs, DVD, free wi-fi and washer/dryer in the guest bedroom in the built in cabinet .
The Sundial West Complex offers a pool, gas BBQ grills, elevators, beach access and on-site restaurants. Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.
Bedding: Bedding: King in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Sleeps 6. Minimum 7 night stay. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
