Sanibel Island Vacation Rental, Sooner Beach, is just off West Gulf Drive, close to the beach, private home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private screened in pool. Sooner Beach has a great location, just off West Gulf Drive in the East Rocks subdivision. Ground level home with a new owner who has already installed a new metal roof, fresh paint, new family and dining room furniture and smart TV's. French doors open onto the lanai from the master bedroom, the dining/living room, and the family room.
The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom that has walk in shower, and double sink vanity. The first guest bedroom has a full-sized bed, and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. They share a bathroom, also with a tub and separate shower. Guests will have use of the garage for parking.
The private heated pool has a screened-in lanai, with well-kept tropical vegetation in the yard. There is a gas grill on the lanai deck.
This house will accept 1 small, non-shedding dog under 35 pounds, with a non-refundable dog rent fee of $550.
This is a 28 day, monthly minimum property, that sleeps 6 people.
