Sanddollar C203 is a rare find!  This beautiful, updated 10/2021 gulf front condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is conveniently located on Middle Gulf Drive. 
Sanddollar C203's spacious lanai features breathtaking views.  The kitchen is open and features quartz countertops, large pantry and all cabinets with pull out shelves, The living room has comfortable seating and a large 50" Flat Panel TV for  your viewing pleasure, and a queen sofa sleeper.  The master bedroom features a king bed, flat panel TV, desk for those working moments, direct lanai access and an en-suite two sink bathroom with large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has (2) twin beds and TV.  The 2nd guest bedroom has a king bed and a TV. Also includes a full size washer and dryer This condo allows guest access to the outside storage closet, where there is assorted beach equipment, chairs, toys, wagon etc.  No guarantee as to the number of chairs or toys at any given time.  Sanddollar''s Homeowners Association requires a one week minimum stay and C203 can accommodate up to 6 people.  No smoking allowed in unit or on lanai.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
