A heated swimming pool, tennis courts, elevators, and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities this prestigious condominium community has to offer. 214 is a fourth floor unit with great views of the Gulf and pool, and has a cool, beachy feel with it's decor.  Fresh paint and new carpet fall of 2018.  As of 9/21/2020, guest bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed.  This unit offers Three TV's, Two DVD Players, Stereo W/CD Player, Keurig coffee maker, free wi-fi, Washer/Dryer and can accommodate up to 6 people. This property is pet friendly with an additional pet rent.  New patio furniture as of 2021. Loggerhead Cay is a smoke free condominium complex- smoking is not allowed on the courtyard, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, stairwells, elevators, or the lanai. NO PHONE USE, 911 USE ONLY. No RV, trailer or motorcycle parking on property.  This property is pet friendly with an additional $300.00 nonrefundable fee.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
