Gulf front condo. Kings Crown 218 is a three bedroom, two bathroom direct beach front condo located on the second living level with elevator in the building. This open and spacious unit offers a master bedroom with King bed, TV and bathroom offering a tub/shower combination. Guest bedroom two offers a King Bed and Guest bedroom three also offers a king bed. Both guest bedrooms share a full bathroom offering a tub/shower combination. The open and updated living room features a 37" flat panel TV, DVD Player, plenty of seating and sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened in porch offering beach front views.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and free wi-fi. This unit comes with 6 beach towels. 4 flat panel TV's in this unit. Kings Crown is located off of West Gulf Drive on Sanibel Island and offers pool, tennis and elevator on-site. Can accommodate up to 6 people

Please note, there are no charging stations at Kings Crown for electric cars, and extension cords are not allowed.

This is a two week minimum property from November 16 to April 30 and one week minimum during May 1-November 15, when Royal Shell will do a block for the 2nd week during this off-season period to be compliant with the Association's minimum stay requirement.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
