It is located on the east side of Sanibel so beach and bay are conveniently nearby. It is close to the historic Sanibel Lighthouse, Grandma Dots, Sanibel Island Cafe, and Pinocchio's Famous Ice Cream shop.
This house is set for fun whether you’re headed to the beach or pool, playing board games or yard games, watching a great movie, reading a good book or challenged by puzzles for rainy days. For more fun, rent some bikes or canoes from a local island shop, and have them delivered and discover the island.
This home has been upgraded with new roof, heated pool pump, flooring, 2 new synthetic decks downstairs and a roof deck overlooking the pool and canal, furniture, appliances, bedding and artwork for all rooms. This home features two master bedroom suites (downstairs and upstairs) complete with new Smart TVs and unlimited cable channels. The private master downstairs has a private sitting room that opens up to the pool and canal view. Large dock in back yard located on a canal only minutes from the Gulf, bring your boat and have instant access to it.
