Vacation Rental Description

 Breakers West is one of Sanibel’s premier condominium complexes.  It is nestled among palm trees and hibiscus on beautifully manicured grounds and 100 yards from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.  Our wide and sandy beach is one of the greatest shelling areas in the world and host to spectacular sunsets.

 

Breakers West A7 is a ground floor end unit, closest condo to the beach and has over 1200 square feet of spacious living area.  This non-smoking, non pet-friendly, condo has berber carpeting and tile throughout, two bedrooms - both with spacious walk-in closets, two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full size W/D in the laundry room.  The living room has a davenport that opens into a queen size sofa bed, a love seat, a full size arm chair, a rocking chair, Free Wi-Fi and a 50" flat screen TV. The living room opens onto a screened porch that overlooks the lush grounds and swimming pool. Short stays (3-night min.) and odd day stays allowed between May 1st - Mid-December (excluding Thanksgiving)  with clean fee added to rental rate. Breakers West is a 3 story building with only 18 privately owned condos.  Its limited number of units and its location on prestigious West Gulf Drive contribute to an uncrowded and relaxing vacation, yet you are not far away from all the island attractions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
