The best of everything on Captiva...Bay front. You are only 738' from the house gate to the beach path. You have your own private dock! The Otter Banks Estate rental property offers a main house and a guest house with privacy for your special guests.
The Otter Banks Main House is a 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms two living level home offering upscale living and a gourmet kitchen complete with a Keurig coffeemaker and an oversize range. Enjoy the tranquility of Pine Island Sound from your large screened lanai or while dining from your sun deck. The main living level features a quiet master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, 2 sinks and a large walk-in shower. It has a beautiful view, vaulted ceilings and access to a private deck overlooking the well-landscaped grounds. The other five bedrooms are located on the lower half of the home and come complete with TVs, DVDs and updated furnishings. One of the guest bathrooms even has a jetted spa!
The heated pool separates the main house from the guest cottage which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 6. There are vaulted ceilings, wood floors, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, DVD Player and a screened lanai.
Pets are welcome at Otter Banks with a non-refundable pet fee of $225.00 plus tax.
Planning for a wedding or anniversary? This home will accept events up to 100 people with an additional $3000.00 plus tax event fee, plus a refundable event damage deposit of $1000.00. .
Otter Banks has plantation shutters, two BBQ Grills, beach chairs, 20 beach towels, 7 TVs, 7 DVDs, washer/dryer and free wi-fi.
Main House Beds: K/K/K/K/FF/TT. Guest House Beds: K/TT/SS. Sleeps total of 20. No smoking permitted. 7 night minimum stay.

-Wet slip/dock width: 34.5 feet long with no obstructions at the bow and stern
-(5) dock pilings with cleats on each piling
-220v shore power outlet about 15-20 feet away
-110v shore power outlet, 15-20 feet away
