Located on the top floor, Captiva Shores 5D is a beautifully renovated Captiva Island vacation rental home offering two bedrooms/two bathrooms vacation condo with wood floors and plantation shutters throughout.. You will have access to a sundeck and a pier where you can fish or watch for dolphins and manatees play. There is also a boat dock available.
This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, shaker cabinets and all new hardware. Condo has a nice and open feel flowing right in to the living/dining area with sliding glass doors leading to the screened lanai. Both bedrooms are decorated in tropical colors and a nice nautical theme. The master bedroom offers a remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has also been remodeled and has a tub/shower combination. Other amenities include wood floors throughout, flat screen TVs in every room, free wi-fi, stackable washer/dryer and a Keurig coffeemaker.
Captiva Shores is a lovely gulf to bay complex situated on the narrow strip of Captiva offering both bay and beach access. There is a heated community pool in the middle of the property and an elevator in the building available for your use. The beach access is just a short walk from the condo along with the bay for viewing the wildlife on Captiva. Boat dockage is available for an additional fee.
