Enjoy beach front views in this four bedroom, three bathroom gulf front home. This 2 story home has 2334 sq ft of Olde Florida style living! Both the ceiling and the walls have wood paneling and the floors are either wood or tile. There are plantation shutters too. The living room has a decorative fireplace and multiple seating areas. Overlooking the living area is a loft with a sitting room, access to the sun deck and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room leads to a screened lanai with direct access to the beach. On the lanai you can enjoy a meal or sit back and enjoy the view from the lounge section. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. The dining area has counter seating as well as a table and chairs.
The master bedroom has wood floors, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third guest bath has a tub/shower combination.
Beach House 9 is a privately-owned home located within the gates of South Seas Resort and offers fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, five TVs, DVD, free wi-fi. The Beach Homes community offers pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. This is a weekly minimum property and can accommodate up to nine people. Please note: South Seas Amenities are not included.
