Welcome to Sunset Hideaway! Royal Shell Vacations offers this elegant and sophisticated direct gulf access, waterfront luxury home on the Spreader Canal. Picture yourself gazing at the incredible sunsets from a solar heated, jetted, infinity edge pool or the many multiple level decks and terraces. Sunset Hideaway has a Western exposure and was custom built in 2006. This home is just shy of 4,000 sq. ft., and offers 5 bedrooms, den and 4.5 bathrooms, and media room (photo pending re-model).
Ground level / 1st floor offers open concept living with a large kitchen, dining, bar and living area with large flat screen TV, pool table which and is all updated with modern yet comfortable furnishings throughout the home, also on the homes ground level / 1st floor is a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom that leads out to the lanai and pool. Upstairs/ 2nd level there are 4 bedrooms: 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both bedrooms have TV’s and one of the king bedrooms has a large walk in closet and a balcony overlooking the beautiful waterway, mangroves and pool area and the other 2 bedrooms which share a full size Jack and Jill bathroom one has a king bed and TV and the other a queen bed and TV. The 3rd floor TOP level has spiral staircase to crow's nest & rooftop deck which offers Adirondack chairs and table and 180 degree unobstructed sunset views.
The stunning lanai and pool area is perfect for entertaining or hosting large family gatherings. It offers built in outdoor kitchen with grill, outdoor appliances, outdoor dining table , lounging and seating areas, along with hot tub and heated pool and ½ bath/pool bathroom. Then leading outside to the dock is a boaters dream new Tiki and outdoor lounging on the dock, along with 2 boat lifts one with a canopy, 16,000 & 10,000-12,000 lb. lifts. Bring your or rent one for the week!
Home Amenities include: 6 TVs, free Wi-Fi, surround sound compatible with smart phones, pool table, washer & dryer, access to garage parking, heated saltwater pool/spa, media room with movie projector, dock, 3 Kayaks, 2 bicycles, 2 paddleboards, 4 beach chairs & 1 cooler and beach/ pool towels. This home DOES NOT have an elevator. NOT PET FRIENDLY.
IMPORTANT: As of 10/2021: The left side of the dock and boatlift had sustained damage and is not usable. The Right side of the dock where the tiki and the boatlift with awning is usable. Repairs to the dock will not start for 6-8months.
Sunset Hideaway rents weekly with a 7-night minimum, any day check-in.
