The Homeowners Association currently has exterior painting and balcony construction projects being done on Building two, and Building three. There will be no lanai access, and there will be loud noise during this time. The completion date is subject to change depending on weather, and other conditions there will be no refunds or discounts due to this inconvenience caused by the work.
The updated studio condo located on the 7th floor of building #3 offers a well-equipped kitchen, incl. microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker. The dining area, living room, and the bedroom features comfortable furnishing incl. dining table with 4 chairs, a leather sleeper futon and chair, a flat-screen TV, and free WIFI. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed with pillow-top mattress and crisp white linens. Off the bedroom, the area is the renovated bathroom with a tub/shower. The walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space. Enjoy fabulous views of the back bays and mangrove preserves from the screened lanai with your morning coffee or tea. Take a walk to the beach across the street, take a short bike ride to Lovers Key State Preserve or enjoy swimming, tennis, bocce, pickleball, and shuffleboard on the premises.
