Vacation Rental Description
The Homeowners Association currently has exterior painting and balcony construction projects being done on Building two, and Building three. There will be no lanai access, and there will be loud noise during this time. The completion date is subject to change depending on weather, and other conditions there will be no refunds or discounts due to this inconvenience caused by the work.
Updated studio condo located on the 6th floor of building #3. Ideally sleeps 4 with king bed and sleeper sofa, full kitchen, Wi-Fi and cable, coin operated washer and dryer located on the first floor of building #3. Enjoy fabulous views of the back bays and mangrove preserves from the screened lanai with your morning coffee or tea. Walk to the beach across the street, take a short bike ride to Barefoot Beach State Preserve or enjoy swimming, tennis, bocce, pickleball, and shuffleboard on the premises. Gas operated BBQ Grills are located to the right and left of the tennis courts. Conveniently located near many restaurants and stores, some within walking distance.
