Pet rent does not include extra cleanings such as urine stains, excessive hair, or damage to furniture, walls, screen, pool, or bedding. Any extra cleaning cost will be billed to the guest after departure, and the home has been inspected. Waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. NO CATS — owner is allergic.
