Beautiful Condominium in Pelican Preserve Vacation Rental, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a 55 and up gated community.
Come enjoy Siena in Pelican Preserve in the quiet neighborhood but active 55+community. Pelican Preserve is close to shopping, dining, and sports arenas and 30 minutes from area beaches and Islands. Siena 102 is a beautiful 1245 sq. ft., 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium and is ground level, this condominium has a screened lanai overlooking onto the preserve and has lovely furnishings throughout. Siena 102 also offers 2 Smart TVs as well as free Wi-Fi. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite master bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed, down the hall is the guest bathroom with a shower tub combination. Also included: Washer/dryer, covered parking, heated community pool, 2 hairdryers, 4 beach chairs and cooler along with all the comforts of home and more. 1-month minimum rental. Sleeps 4. The owner will be upgrading the queen bed to a king bed in the master bedroom soon.
NOTE: Siena in Pelican Preserve requires a lease application to be submitted at least 60 days prior to arrival, this application includes the required background screening and has a fee of $100. This fee is included in your reservation total. Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the end of the month during peak season Dec -April. Call for help with special requests.
Also Included in your reservation total is full access to Pelican Preserve Town Center, this membership transfer rate of $200 is included in your reservation total: If there are more than three renters in the same home, an additional $200 transfer fee must be paid. Town Center/ Plaza del Sol offers Clubhouse that has its own private spa, fitness center, full-service dining, and is where there are many social activities such as movies in their 99 seat theater, meet friends for happy hour or lay by the resort-style pool. You can also enjoy the beautiful nature preserves with sparkling lakes, walking/ jogging paths.
Golf at Pelican Preserve: This owner DOES NOT have a Golf Membership to be transferred, however, Pelican Preserve is a Semi-Public Course and you can Golf at a non-member rate. You will need to contact Pelican Preserve for rates and tee times.
