Sand Dollars is a beautiful large waterfront family vacation home located in Southwest Cape Coral, close to shopping, restaurants, farmers markets, and festivals. Sand Dollars offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, open concept living, kitchen and dining room, pool table, 2 car garage balconies overlooking the canal, large patio with heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, grill and outdoor dining, dock, boat lift with tiki and lounging area, bring the whole family or vacation with your friends.
Upon entering this lovely home, to the right, you have a dining room that seats 12 and ahead of a pool table for evening or rainy-day entertainment and access to the patio and pool area. To the left you will find the Master bedroom it offers a king bed, 55” TV, desk, large walk-in closet, ensuite master bathroom with double vanity, claw foot tub, large walk-in shower, and water closet. To the right of entering the home past the dining room is the large open concept kitchen with coffee bar, bar seating for 6, dinette seating for 6, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Laundry room with washer and dryer, pantry, and out to the 2-car garage. Off the kitchen is the main living room with a large sofa, Smart TV with stereo and surround sound.
