**Please note there is pool cage damage and missing screens from Hurricane Ian, the interior of this home was not compromised and is in great condition**Cape Paradise is a spacious 4 bedroom + den, 2 bathrooms, dog friendly, Canal Front, and Heated Pool home located in NW Cape Coral. The screened-in lanai has ample seating for 6 outside dining, a propane gas grill, lounge chairs, and a nice large solar-heated swimming pool for the whole family to enjoy. There is also a dock with a lift on site great for fishing and watching wildlife.
This Cape Coral vacation rental has an open concept living space and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and ample bar seating. The living room has plenty of seating and sliding doors that lead to the screened-in lanai, which is great for entertaining friends and family. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a smart TV, doors leading to screened lanai and pool area, and an ensuite bathroom that features double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate bathing tub. Two of the guest bedrooms have a full bed and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom that has a shower tub combination. In the den/office there is a desk and jukebox with a large music library. The other bonus den features two couches for lounging. This home also offers a washer and dryer, a garage for renters to use, and beach towels and equipment.
