Cape Paradise is a spacious 4 bedroom + den, 2 bathrooms, dog friendly, Canal Front, and Heated Pool home located in NW Cape Coral. The screened-in lanai has ample seating for 6 outside dining, a propane gas grill, lounge chairs, and a nice large solar-heated swimming pool for the whole family to enjoy. There is also a dock with a lift on site great for fishing and watching wildlife.

This Cape Coral vacation rental has an open concept living space and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and ample bar seating. The living room has plenty of seating and sliding doors that lead to the screened-in lanai, which is great for entertaining friends and family. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a smart TV, doors leading to screened lanai and pool area, and an ensuite bathroom that features double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate bathing tub. Two of the guest bedrooms have a full bed and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom that has a shower tub combination. In the den/office there is a desk and jukebox with a large music library. The other bonus den features two couches for lounging. This home also offers a washer and dryer, a garage for renters to use, and beach towels and equipment.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
