The sweeping views greet you as you pull up to this home in Glenville with plenty of parking for you and your friends and family. With an open-air deck and a screened porch there is plenty of room to relax and entertain outdoors while you soak in the views. Inside the home you will be delighted with the open and spacious floor plan and floor to ceiling windows that let in the captivating natural light. The kitchen offers all the essentials, has plenty of storage and pantry space, and has four bar stools for some extra counter-height seating. The adjacent dining area provides an easy flow from the kitchen to the table and has seating for six. Cozy up by the fireplace with your favorite book in the warm and inviting living room with mesmerizing views or watch your favorite movie on the flatscreen tv. The living area has sliding doors that open to the large, open-air deck and a separate entrance to the screened in porch as well. While still on the main level, and tucked away from the open living spaces, there are two generous size bedrooms and a full bath along with a stackable washer and dryer. The first bedroom has two single beds, a flat screen tv, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen tv, a large closet, and plenty of room to relax. Head up the stairs to the second floor where there are two more additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. The upstairs provides two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen, each room has a flat screen tv, and plenty of room to unpack and unwind.
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
