Vacation Rental Description

Belles Hideaway is a sought after home located in Trillium Links & Lake Club by the clubhouse in Cashiers. Follow the outside staircase up to the home where you will enter to a spacious home with cedar wall paneling with a warm smell through the entire home. From the front door you can access the main floor or the lower level. Steps up from the front door is the main floor with the living quarters and master bedroom suite. A comfortable floor plan to enjoy the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The dining table is in view of the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. A covered back deck off of the dining room is a great place to enjoy the cool temperatures. The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV with a master bath en-suite. Follow the stairs down to the lower level where there is a living room with a TV and a kitchenette. One guest bedroom on the lower level is a queen bed with an en-suite bath. The other guest room on the lower level has two twin beds with an en-suite bath. Off the lower level living room is a second deck. A Trillium membership will allow you access to amenities including golf, a well-equipped fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, tennis and more. Reservations for club amenities may not be made more than a week prior to the date you wish to reserve. The membership fee is included in the total amount given, but can be removed at your request if you wish not to participate in such amenities.


Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
