The second floor has three bedrooms and three baths and a balcony off the master that overlooks the golf course and pool. Fans throughout. Entertainment package includes 50" plasma HDTV in den with surround sound and DVD player, 50" HDTV in Master. Smart 49" HDTV in BR #2, and 32" 720P TV in BR #3. Owner to provide cleaning 2 times a month at owner's expense. Carlton Place is a gated community within Pelican Bay www.PelicanBay.org and located a short walk from the north tram station for easy access to the beach. Community amenities include tram service to the North and South beach facilities which provide beach chairs and umbrellas, bathrooms, and two private restaurants on the beach.
