Master bedroom has queen bed and full size sleeper sofa, the guest room also has a Queen bed and each room has HD TV. Owner has also provided a Single roll away bed as well as a baby play pen that converts into a bassinet for when the grandchildren visit! Living room seating has sofa, love seat and chair. If you have to work, there is a small desk in living area. Dining area: table and 4 chairs. Extra benefits when renting this condo: 2 bikes w/pump and propane grill in the 1 car attached garage(must be used away from the building per code), beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas a 10x10 canopy,cooler, and pool stuff as well, left for your enjoyment! Tile floors in living area, carpet in bedrooms. ** Your well behaved dogs (2 under 25lbs) welcome with additional pet fee and application and approval. Sorry, no cats per owner. No landline.
