Charming two story, pool home in Marbella @ Spanish Wells. This full three bedroom plus loft residence is the perfect vacation destination. The 1st floor features a formal living room , great room area combined with eat in kitchen and the master suite. The second floor features a loft area ( second family room) and the two guest bedrooms. Guests will enjoy the private heated pool and spa for their outdoor living. Electric charges over $150 per month apply. Beautiful outdoor space by pool with lounge chairs, Comfortable conversation area and large table and chairs for outdoor dining! There is also 2 community pools available for your use. On arrival during weekday business hours you can purchase a barcode for your vehicle from the Management office for $15, or just stop at gate and your name will be registered for entry with the guard at gate. Owner has a sports/social membership that is transferrable to take advantage of fitness center and club dining/social activities. Transfer fee applies ($106) Spanish Wells is centrally located just off of Bonita Beach Road. Only 10 minutes to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, a short drive to Naples to the south or Bonita Springs to the north and only 15 - 20 minutes to SW Florida International airport. Your well behaved pet permitted with additional $250 fee per pet and approval by owner.
