The bedroom features a king bed, dual walk-in closets, and an attached all-season sunroom that overlooks a beautiful wooded area adjoining the scenic Red Bird Golf Course, perfect for relaxing with friends or savoring a great book.
Hosting guests is easy with two queen guest suites and a cozy office upstairs. A private garage loft serves a third guest suite with two twin beds, a bathroom, and a full-size refrigerator. Covered and open deck space make grilling steaks for dinner a convenient pleasure. The house sits on a gently laying lot, with a level drive leading to the two-car garage with golf cart storage.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
