Welcome and relax at Rustic Palms. Located in the award-winning gated community of Paseo, surrounded by the Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve in sunny Fort Myers; you will enjoy the resort-style amenities and countless activities while enjoying all that Southwest Florida has to offer.
Rustic Palms is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1722 sq. Ft. Condominium. 1st floor walk-up. This Condo has an open concept floor plan with high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the flatware, porcelain place settings, and cooking utensils and appliances. The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV with an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower and double sinks and the guest bedroom has 1 queen bed & TV. Guest bathroom has a shower/ tub combination and the bedroom/Office there is a queen sofa sleeper, writing desk and TV, also included is a 2 car garage, in the garage, you will find beach chairs and some items for the pool. This condo is just a short walk to The Paseo Main Pool and Amenities.
Unit amenities include: Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, 4 TV’s, cable, beach chairs and garage parking, complimentary wine

The award-winning community of Paseo is just minutes from SW Florida International Airport (RSW), Jet Blue Stadium and Hammonds Stadium as well as great shopping, dining and cultural venues. The Grand Plaza where the town center is located and you will find an English Style Pub, an Art Deco Movie Theater, a library and business center, an ice cream parlor which is a throwback to the 1950's, a state of the art gym with dance and Pilates studio and a full-service spa to pamper you after a day of tennis or pickleball. The Grand Plaza /Town Centers also offers a large free-form resort style pool with gardens, waterfalls, and many lounging areas to enjoy the days as they slowly drift by. The Tiki Bar serves a variety of small meals and concoctions to quench your thirst. There is also a hot tub hidden among the waterfalls where you can relax and unwind with friends. If you're a swimmer the lap pool is sure to be your place, surrounded by shaded tiki lounges you can go for a swim then dry off in the sun or shade. Don't forget to bring the kids to the splash pad, where fountains spout water and coconuts fill and dump water on willing participants below. This unit rents from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month during peak season and is a monthly min.
NOTE: The Paseo Community requires an ONLINE Lease application called Tenant Evaluation for rental approval on all adults 18 years old and older occupying the unit for the Term of the Lease. The Tenant Evaluation Application must be completed and submitted no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Tenant Evaluation fee $100 for single and $150 per married couple is paid online through Tenant Evaluation and not included in your reservation total this fee could be subject to change. The application code and instructions will be emailed to you upon booking along with the Royal Shell Sort Term Reservation Agreement Agreement. Visitors of the renter NOT staying for the Term of the lease, DO NOT have to complete the Tenant Evaluation, however they must be accompnied by the approved renter when using the facilites.
